Ceramic Product,  Pricing & Descriptions

All prices published are in pounds sterling. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, please do remember that each piece is made alone as one-of or in small batch if a set, causing variations in form and finish to occur amongst each unique, handmade piece. All items are food safe and made with non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise. Most Items are dishwasher safe (unless stated otherwise), though hand washing is recommended to properly care for your piece. Made to order items take approximately 6-8 weeks to create and ship depending on the work and amount.

Shipping

The buyer agrees that they are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from us when shipping internationally. All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. ​

 

·     Processing time for all standard ready to ship orders is approximately 3-5 business days. 

·     We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 2 – 18 days depending on your location, and the selected shipping method.

·     If you would like a shipping time estimate for your purchase and you are outside of the regular destination countries, please contact  to receive more precise shipping estimate and quote for your destination.

·     Shipping times may exceed the estimate due to factors outside of our control. 

·     Tracking info and insurance will be provided with every order, though the buyer assumes all responsibility once the order has left our premises.

·     In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please send an email directly upon arrival (or no longer than 14 days) to arrange a refund or replacement.; All return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

·     If you return goods to us, please use an insured method of despatch and obtain proof of posting. Please return the item in good condition, ideally with its original packaging within 14 working days from the date you received the product We can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit

·     Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
